Extending English names

I used dictionary numbers and extensons by John Horton Conway and Richard K. Guy.
- Million=\(10^6\)
- Decillion=\(10^{33}\)
- Googol=\(10^{100}\)=ten duotrigintillion(for comparison)
- Centillion=\(10^{303}\)
Extending Bowers' Extension
I don't even know. Here's some examples.
- Millillion=\(10^{3003}\)
- Micrillion=\(10^{3000003}\)
- Trialogue(by Sbiis Saibian, for comparison)=E1#3=\(10^{10^{10}}\)=\(10^{10000000000}\)
- Yoctillion=\(10^{3\times10^{21}+3}\)=\(10^{3\times10^{3\times7}+3}\)
Then, I see structure \(10^{3\times10^{3\times n}+3}\), so I continue the idea:
- Tenillion=\(10^{3\times10^{3\times10}+3}\)=\(10^{3\times10^{30}+3}\)
- Ninehundredninetynineillion=\(10^{3\times10^{3\times999}+3}\)=\(10^{3\times10^{2997}+3}\)
- Thousandillion=\(10^{3\times10^{3\times1000}+3}\)=\(10^{3\times10^{3000}+3}\)
- Millionillion=\(10^{3\times10^{3\times1000000}+3}\)=\(10^{3\times10^{3000000}+3}\)Not to be confused with Millinillion=Mlllillion
- Billionillion=\(10^{3\times10^{3\times1000000000}+3}\)=\(10^{3\times10^{3000000000}+3}\)

I then extended using SI units but with first vowel replaced with "e"(or "ee" is it is already "e").

- Meegaillion=\(10^{3\times10^{3\times10^{3\times10^{3\times10^6}+3}}+3}\)
- Gegaillion=\(10^{3\times10^{3\times10^{3\times10^{3\times10^9}+3}}+3}\)
- Hexalogue(by Sbiis Saibian, for comparison)=E1#6=\(10^{10^{10^{10^{10^{10}}}}}\)

Now, SI units AGAIN, but this time the first vowel is replaced by "a."
- Kaloillion=Maillion=\(10^{3\times10^{3\times10^{3\times10^{3\times10^{3\times1000}}+3}}+3}\)=\(10^{3\times10^{3\times10^{3\times10^{3\times10^{3000}}+3}}+3}\)
- Magaillion=\(10^{3\times10^{3\times10^{3\times10^{3\times10^{3\times10^6}}+3}}+3}\)
- Gagaillion=\(10^{3\times10^{3\times10^{3\times10^{3\times10^{3\times10^9}}+3}}+3}\)
- Heptalogue(by Sbiis Saibian, for comparison)=E1#6=\(10^{10^{10^{10^{10^{10^{10}}}}}}\)

Now I use the first my own extension, the number thing but modified, "a" is replacing the last "i."
